Overview
One of our most innovative programs is the Forum's annual Directors' Institute. Using a case study approach, the Institute explores difficult issues that all boards encounter. Discussions are led by industry experts and are supplemented by breakout sessions composed exclusively of independent directors who work together in mock board format to discuss the issues and compare approaches for working with management to achieve desired results. Institutes are highly interactive and offer participants a valuable opportunity to learn not only from panelists, but also from other independent directors as they work together to address the issues presented in the case study.

This event is open to all independent directors and CCOs. Registration will open in the fall of 2011.
