Overview

The Forum Staff and Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young LLP will present a half-day event tailored for newer directors.  Based on the Forum's New Director Guide, this program is designed to be directed discussion of the duties, responsibilities, and challenges facing directors in their first years of service on a fund board.

The program will be held on April 9, 2013 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm (EDT), the afternoon prior to the Forum's 2013 Policy Conference

Alison Fuller regularly counsels investment companies, investment advisers and independent trustees on federal and state securities law matters. She currently serves as partner-in-charge of the firm’s Washington, D.C., office.

Ms. Fuller previously served as assistant chief counsel in the SEC's Division of Investment Management for eight years. At the SEC, Ms. Fuller worked on more than 80 no-action letters and helped develop key positions on matters involving the investment management industry.
