Conference of Fund Leaders Roundtable

Overview

The next Conference of Fund Leaders roundtable will take place on Monday, November 14, 2011 from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm at the Yale Club in New York City.  The roundtable will feature a discussion of how fund leaders effectively can assess performance in a volatile environment. The working lunch will introduce attendees to the Forum's upcoming White Paper concerning models of board oversight of proxy voting.

The CFL is a unique gathering which provides fund independent chairs and lead independent directors with an opportunity to discuss important issues with other fund leaders.  The Conference of Fund Leaders (CFL) is a partnership of the Mutual Fund Directors Forum, the Millstein Center for Corporate Governance and Performance at the Yale School of Management, and independent leaders of mutual fund boards of trustees.
