The Conference of Fund Leaders, an initiative co-sponsored by the Forum and the Yale School of Management's Millstein Center, brings together fund independent chairs and leads to explore leadership issues in a collegial and informal format.

Agenda

Roger Vincent, Independent Chair of the ING Funds, will moderate a discussion on the unique role of mutual fund independent chairs and lead independent directors in overseeing risk, as well as when, why, and how independent board leaders should approach the issue of enterprise risk.
