On April 12, 2007, SEC Commissioner Annette Nazareth gave an address at the Forum's Seventh Annual Policy Conference.  Commissioner Nazareth discussed recent Commission efforts with respect to fund governance and transparency, as well as her views on the additional steps necessary to address market inefficiencies.
