Registration for this program will open at 10 am ET on March 18, 2021.

This is an abbreviated, virtual version of the Forum's annual Directors' Institute. It'll focus on providing independent directors an unique opportunity, using a case study format, to discuss new approaches to critical boardroom issues with experts and their peers in the fund industry.

The program will take place on April 28-29, 2021 from 11:00 am - 1:30 pm (ET) each day.

Cancellation/No-Show Fee: All registrants who cancel their registrations after 5 pm (ET) on Friday, April 23, 2021 or do not attend the program (without prior email notification to Forum staff) will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.

Who Should Attend
This program is open ONLY to current independent directors of U.S. registered mutual fund boards.
