Role of the Mutual Fund Director in the Oversight of the Risk Management Function

In May 2022, the Forum and Deloitte released a publication, Role of the Mutual Fund Director in the Oversight of the Risk Management Function.  The report is an update of a 2020 version, and highlights evergreen risk areas as well as emerging risks.  The paper lays out questions for directors to consider in their risk oversight role.   While each organization faces different risks and has its own unique risk management frameworks and programs, this paper can serve as a guide to help directors in the face of the ever-evolving risk landscape.
