In partnership with KPMG, MFDF is pleased to announce an in-person gathering of the MFDF Closed-End Roundtable group, where industry experts will gather to discuss important issues facing boards of closed-end funds including:
- Threats from Activist Shareholders
- Oversight of Interval & Tender Offer Fund Structures
- Product Development
- Distribution
- Valuation Considerations
- Liquidity Constraints
As always, the MFDF in-person event will offer fund trustees the opportunity to network with peers and industry leaders. A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided. This event is open to all fund industry professionals, but is closed to the press. This in-person program will be held at the offices of KPMG in New York City on Wednesday, July 29 from 8:30am to 2:30pm (ET).
