Michael Didiuk

As a partner in Perkins Coie's Investment Management practice with over 18 years of experience at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and in private practice, Michael Didiuk represents asset managers on all aspects of the federal securities laws. Mike is also a core member of the firm’s Blockchain industry group and helps startups, including fintech, blockchain, and cryptocurrency clients, navigate the federal securities laws.

Mike’s practice focuses on advising clients on the structuring and private offering of onshore and offshore investment vehicles, registration and compliance obligations under SEC and state securities laws, and SEC examinations and investigations, with a particular in-depth knowledge on the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and the Investment Company Act of 1940.
