Patricia Edwards
Patricia Edwards is an Associate Director in the Center for Board Matters. She has over 25 years of financial services experience in advisory services and compliance. In addition, Trisha has served in leadership positions in practice operations/running the business to support strategic growth priorities, innovation, technical development, and operational effectiveness.
For the Center for Board Matters, Trisha directs board level education sessions, training and hosts convening events for independent directors to share perspectives on effective corporate governance and insights on the most pressing board level topics.
At EY, Trisha was also part of EY’s Financial Services Consulting practice, focused on regulatory compliance where she assisted global financial institutions with financial crimes program assessments, enhancements, and remediations in response to regulatory expectations.
Prior to EY, Trisha led the portfolio operations at a startup venture subsidiary of a US banking organization, coordinating with parent bank guidelines and complying with banking regulations. Prior to that role, she was a senior transactor responsible for syndicating asset backed debt and providing institutional investment advisory services.
Trisha graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Arts in Government.
