Todd Heim

As Senior Vice President of Relationship Management for Ultimus Fund Solutions, Todd manages strategic relationships with key Ultimus clients, promoting client satisfaction and the growth of long-lasting client partnerships. He also works closely with selected prospective clients during the implementation, transition and onboarding phase of new relationships. In addition, Todd is involved in early-stage introductory meetings with prospective clients to understand their operational needs prior to engagement in order to work with Ultimus colleagues to design customized servicing models for new clients. Todd has been instrumental in the operation, management and continued successful growth of Ultimus Managers Trust and has served as President since 2021.

Todd has nearly 27 years of experience in the mutual fund servicing industry and joined Ultimus in April 2014. Prior to his time with Ultimus, Todd worked in a variety of Transfer Agency Operations roles with SAFECO Mutual Funds in Seattle, WA, at BISYS Fund Services in Columbus, OH and at Integrated Investment Services in Cincinnati, OH. After Integrated’s fund servicing business was acquired by J.P. Morgan, Todd transitioned into client service and relationship management roles with J.P. Morgan Worldwide Securities Services. Todd also worked briefly outside the industry as a Business Project Manager and Operations Production Control Manager at Vantiv in Cincinnati, OH before joining the team at Ultimus in 2014.

Todd is a Miami University graduate and a General Securities Representative and Principal. He currently serves as the President of the Board of Trustees of the Greater Cincinnati Mutual Funds Association. Todd is a retired U.S. Navy Officer, having proudly served on active duty and in the Navy Reserves over a 28-year career.
