Julie A. Wolf, Ph.D.
Dr. Julie Wolf leads RHR International's U.S. business, operations, and IT and oversees the private equity business. She is a leading consultant in the firm's Board & CEO Services practice area and consults with RHR's Fortune 100 clients on their most high-stakes talent and organizational challenges.
Julie works with boards, CEOs, and management teams during times of transition and change, helping leaders quickly identify opportunities to improve individual and group leadership effectiveness. Julie has worked in diverse arenas from Fortune 50 public companies to technology sector innovators. Specific industries in her client base include retail, private equity, technology, financial services, consumer products, healthcare, manufacturing, and professional services.
Prior to joining RHR, Julie was a Harvard University Clinical Psychology Fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital. She earned master’s and doctorate degrees in clinical psychology from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Julie graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Julie is a licensed psychologist in Colorado and active in local and national business and nonprofit organizations. She serves on the board of trustees of Executives Partnering to Invest in Children (EPIC), Wonderbound, Mile High United Way, and as a Tocqueville Society member. She is engaged with CECP—The CEO Force for Good and provides pro bono CEO selection and consultation services to various nonprofit agencies. Julie is an avid skier, outdoorsperson, cyclist, and an arts enthusiast.
