Andy Konchan

Andy Konchan is the Chief Technology Officer at Calamos Investments, a diversified global investment manager. Andy is a business-focused CTO who runs technology in partnership and as part of the business, leads teams to high levels of performance, and leverages technology to drive top and bottom-line growth. He has over 30 years of financial industry experience including international assignments in London and Singapore.

Prior to joining Calamos Investments in 2018, he served as the Chief Information Officer at MB Financial and Penson Financial Services as well as the Chief Technology Officer of Wealth & Retirement at SunGard/FIS. He received a B.A. from Northwestern University in Economics and Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He holds Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses and is a member of the Investment Company Institute Technology Committee.
