David A. Kotler

David A. Kotler advises and represents clients in a wide range of complex corporate and commercial litigation matters involving the financial markets, with a particular focus on investment advisers, hedge funds, and other financial services firms both within and outside the mutual fund industry. Mr. Kotler also advises and represents life sciences companies on complex litigation and arbitration matters, most recently with respect to product development and co-promotion. Mr. Kotler also frequently counsels boards and senior management on a variety of litigation-related matters.
