Jay Nadel

Jay Nadel has significant experience as a mutual fund trustee. Currently he is Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the RBC Rochdale Mutual Funds. Additionally, Jay serves on the Boards and is Chair of the Audit Committees for the Advisors’ Inner Circle Fund III as well as the Alger Funds.

As a senior financial services executive, Jay has had extensive business management and operations experience. He served as Executive Vice President of Bank of New York’s Clearing Services Division where he was a member of the Executive Committee and in charge of strategic planning.

Earlier, Jay was a Partner in the investment firm of Weiss, Peck & Greer / Robeco where he held numerous leadership roles including Chairman of the Operations Committee. Jay started his career as a CPA with KPMG and worked in the New York City office where he provided audit services and was a member of the management group.

Jay has served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Englewood Health Care System, Vice Chair of the NJ Meadowlands Commission, Treasurer of the Heisman Trophy Foundation and has served on other non-profit boards throughout his career.
