Shiva Sivakumaran

Shiva is a senior manager in Deloitte’s Financial Services Industry with a focus on investment management. Over her career spanning more than 12 years, Shiva has experience providing accounting, auditing, and related services to public and private clients in various sectors of the financial services industry, including mutual funds, ETFs, alternative asset managers, hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds and broker-dealers. Shiva has an in-depth understanding of what it takes to deliver on a global scale, as well as extensive experience with a wide range of clients and products, from hedge fund start-ups, to world leading asset managers. Shiva also serves as an engagement quality control reviewer for the investment management industry. Shiva served on one of the largest asset management clients in our Toronto, Canada practice for two years part of a global deployment program leading the audit of the client’s private equity funds in infrastructure and renewables platforms. Shiva has been a part of the National Audit Faculty of Deloitte. In this role, she has coordinated and facilitated a variety of industry-specific and cross functional trainings for Deloitte professionals as well as facilitated many industry eminence events. She is part of Deloitte's Fair Value Pricing Survey team for FY2022.
