In June 2026, MFDF's Directors of Color Roundtable will meet for a discussion of allyship.
Questions for discussion may include:
- How do you identify an ally in the boardroom on issues relating to diversity?
- How might you mentor or activate a new ally?
- In what context(s) have you seen effective allyship occur in your fund boardroom?
This call will be hosted on Zoom from 11:00am-12:00pm ET on Wednesday, June 24th and is open to independent directors of color.

MFDF Member Working Groups are open to independent directors and CCOs whose fund boards have active MFDF memberships
