MFDF invites member independent directors and CCOs to join us for an exclusive town hall with Carolyn McPhillips, MFDF's President, summarizing MFDF's accomplishments over the last year and previewing what is on the horizon for the next year.

This members-only gathering is your opportunity to catch up on MFDF's work in the last year, and offer your insights as we plan the coming year. Carolyn McPhillips will walk through key accomplishments from the past year — from new educational resources and timely regulatory guidance to networking events and community moments that made a difference for independent directors like you.

You'll also get a first look at what MFDF has in store for the year ahead, including upcoming initiatives, programs, and resources designed to help you navigate an ever-evolving regulatory landscape.

To reach as many members as possible, this session is offered twice. This first session will be hosted on Zoom from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM (ET) on August 6, 2026 and is open to independent directors and CCOs whose boards have active MFDF memberships. If this time is inconvenient, a second session will be offered from 11:30 AM to 12:30 pm (ET) on August 25th.
