Board Leadership Roundtable

In September 2026, the call with MFDF's Board Leadership Roundtable will focus on having difficult conversations. Board and committee chairs often hold the responsibility to address issues that may come up within the boardroom, particularly relating to board members' performance. This conversation will connect independent directors who hold these leadership roles in their boardrooms to share lessons learned and practical tips on navigating those conversations.

This call will be hosted on Zoom from 11:00am-12:00pm ET on Tuesday, September 29th and is open to independent directors and CCOs serving on fund boards with active MFDF memberships.
