Directors of Color Roundtable

In November 2026, MFDF will host a call of the Directors of Color Roundtable focused on the success stories of fund directors of color. These may include anecdotes regarding being named to boards, recruiting directors of color to add to the diversity of the boardroom, earning leadership seats on the board, recognition or awards for board accomplishments, and other achievements that may offer lessons and actionable takeaways to other members of the directors of color group.

This call will be hosted on Zoom from 11:00am-12:00pm ET on Thursday, November 5th and is open to currently serving fund independent directors who identify with a non-white racial identity.
