Jamie Gershkow counsels investment companies, independent trustees and investment advisers on regulatory and compliance matters and the applicability and interpretation of securities laws. At the forefront of regulatory developments and emerging innovation impacting money market funds, Jamie leads the firm’s efforts in advising some of the largest money market fund sponsors and their independent trustees on money market fund regulatory matters and the use of blockchain technology and tokenization of fund shares. Jamie is partner-in-charge of the firm’s New York office.
