Caitlin A. Link

Caitlin Link is a partner in the Tax Department. Caitlin advises U.S. and non-U.S. clients on certain partnership tax matters, mergers and acquisitions, and matters relating to private equity funds and their investors. She focuses her practice on the structuring and formation of private equity funds, negotiation of tax related matters with their limited partners, and the structuring and negotiation of portfolio acquisitions and other investment structures.
