Kyle McCay, CFA

Kyle is Head of Valuation at Barings, where he directs the firm's valuation processes for more than $480 billion of assets under management. With extensive experience advising corporate clients, Kyle specializes in the valuation of debt instruments, complex securities, intangible assets, M&A transaction due diligence, and capital planning. His expertise also encompasses current expected credit loss (CECL), asset liability management (ALM), mortgage servicing rights (MSRs), and derivative transactions.

Earlier in his career, Kyle worked in commercial banking, focusing on credit portfolio management, corporate lending strategy, and investor relations.

Kyle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a CFA Charterholder.
