MFDF Webinar: APs and Market Makers - Helpful Takeaways for Fund Boards

On Tuesday, June 2 at 2:00pm ET, MFDF plans to hold a webinar titled “APs and Market Makers - Helpful Takeaways for Fund Boards.” This program is part of MFDF’s ETF series of programs and will explore the role of authorized participants (APs) and market makers, how those relationships begin and evolve over time, and important considerations for independent fund directors. Jessica Reece, a partner at Ropes & Gray and Elizabeth Marchetti, Managing Director at SEI Investment Manager Services will lead the discussion. This program is a spotlight program and will run 30-minutes in length.
