XA Investments Updates ‘Interval Fund Observations’ Blog

XA Investments (“XAI”) a leader in interval fund and other semi-liquid product wrapper data analysis updated their blog in May to note new fund launches in Q1 2026. According to the blog there were eight new interval and tender offer fund launches during the Q1 period. XAI noted, that “[w]hile 3 funds closed or converted in Q1 2026, net growth remains positive, underscoring sustained sponsor and investor demand for evergreen structures.” In addition, a graph notes changes in fund launches and closures over the last decade, with launches heavily trending upward. In April, XAI shared data that the interval and tender offer fund market continues to expand as it reaches over 300 funds.
