MFDF Announces Election of Two New Board Members

The Mutual Fund Directors Forum today announced the election of two new members to the Forum’s Board of Directors: Mindy M. Posoff and Lloyd A Wennlund. “There are few in the fund independent director space who bring as much hands-on practical experience as Mindy and Lloyd. I could not be more pleased to welcome them to the Forum’s Board,” said Carolyn McPhillips, President of the Mutual Fund Directors Forum. “Their passion for the work of independent trustees, and the ideas and insights they are already bringing forward to the rest of the Forum Board, have all of us excited about the positive contributions they will make to furthering the Forum’s mission.”
