SEC Division of Investment Management Plans to Hold Private Markets Roundtable

On Wednesday, March 4 at 1:00pm ET, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Division of Investment Management plans to host an in-person and virtually streamed program titled “Private Markets Roundtable.” The program will include welcome remarks from SEC Chair Paul Atkins and Investment Management Division Director Brian Daly. The discussion will then divide into two parts, the first “When Two Worlds Collide,” which will touch on how private markets continue to migrate into publicly offered vehicles. The second part “Fund Governance,” will examine challenges in governance, valuation, and various asset classes.
