ACA Publishes Resource on Private Credit Valuations

In April, ACA Group published a practical resource for firms that invest in private credit. The resource, “Are Your Valuations Board-Ready?” provides guidance to private credit firms on appropriate considerations for building out a valuation framework. While not a checklist for fund directors specifically, the list provides insight into the core components of a valuation framework. Items include governance policies, model validation, consistency in methodology, audit readiness, independent valuation testing, and other key factors.
