MFDF will host an in-person Director Discussion Series meeting in Miami, FL to facilitate discussions for independent directors and CCOs to discuss timely issues brought up by participants. The event will be in-person from 9 am to 11 am at EY's Miami office.

Washington March 5, 2026

MFDF's annual FGRI Conference bring independent directors together with legislators, regulators, and other industry experts to discuss issues of critical concern to fund directors. This program is scheduled to be in-person starting at 8 am on March 5, 2026 and conclude at 12 pm on March 6, 2026.

Charlotte April 14, 2026

Chicago June 4, 2026

MFDF's CFL Roundtable is a program designed specifically for mutual fund chairs and lead independent directors. This in-person meeting will take place on June 4, 2026 at the offices of Kirkland & Ellis' Chicago office from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm (CT).

Amelia Island February 1, 2027

The 2027 Directors' Institute is scheduled for February 1-3 in Amelia Island, FL.
